This retreat comes at a beautiful time of the year as the dark months are now over and we move into the warmth of the light.

Equinox gives us a beautiful opportunity to open up to our dreams and creative spirit - a fresh energy to inspire this new beginning.

It’s also a chance to drop into meditation and allow yourself to acknowledge what has had to shed to arrive here.
